The second annual Partying for Pets fundraiser at Luvy Duvy’s Cafe at Arsenal and Jefferson in the Benton Park neighborhood was a huge success, bringing in nearly $6,500 for the pantry. More than 60 people enjoyed the eclectic silent auction, wine grab, incredible eats and the perfect music provided by St. Louis’ own Hudson and the Hoodoo Cats.
Party goers bid on artwork, pet photography, private tastings to Urban Chestnut and Schlafly microbreweries as well as a Lottery ticket tree and much more. The big ticket item of the night was a three-night, four-day stay in a condo in Ashville, N.C. The condo was decorated by and H.G.T.V. designer and went for $1,400.
We want to thank all of businesses and individuals who donated for the auction, the people who showed up and bid on the items, Luvy Duvy’s for hosting and being amazing, our fundraising committee for putting in so much time and doing a fantastic job and St. Louis for being so supportive.
